Chemical Guys Hex-Logic Pads are designed to work on flat or rounded/angled surfaces.
The unique construction of the pads makes them extremely easy to maneuver while retaining the correct amount of product evenly distributed through the pad, Hex-Logic Pads keep product in the grooves while you start and as the pad is spun and rubbed against the surface the polish with travel through the hex-grooves into the pad evenly delivering a superior accurate finish, while keeping the surface constantly lubricated to reduce friction and marring.
Green Heavy Polishing Pad (5.5 inch) - This pad is is used by Mercedes Benz at OEM level and is designed to be used with a random orbital polisher (like the DAS6 or G220) It produces less spot heating and has a unique compression/load/deflection ratio which means it conforms quickly to contours. It is a high strength foam with 60 pores per sq. inch yet is softer and more forgiving than CG's regular foams which have 80 pores per sq. inch.
This pad is tough enough to remove swirls and scuffs while at the same time producing a high gloss swirl free finish. This foam is also ideal for applying one-step cleaner waxes. It is a balance of polishing and finishing that is perfect for all-in-one product application.
